"What stood out the most was how clean and comfortable the room was, along with the friendly staff and great amenities. The place was spotless, and everyone working there was super nice from start to finish. I loved the rooftop pool and bar, and the free breakfast was really good too. Next time I’m in Cartagena Bocagrande, I’ll definitely stay here again and recommend it to my friends and family. "

"The staff went above and beyond for the service. The room was very spacious ,extra clean and the bed was super comfy! We were upgraded for free upon arrival, given welcome cocktails and given a voucher for a free meal to be used at any point in our stay. The breakfast was included and we have no negative comments about it everything was very good and fresh. We really enjoyed our stay and would recommend! The location is also ideal to be able to go to all the touristy things."
