"The hotel was clean and the staff was friendly but the rooms were not good. The stay was so bad, we had to cut our trip short because we were just too exhausted. The Ac did not work properly and it was very loud. The room would be freezing cold but as soon as we went to sleep the ac would switch to heat! We would awaken to the room temp being 85! It was miserable! The sink was broken and would not drain and our card keys would not work at the pool and the TV remote was broken. The solution for...

"Check in was smooth. Breakfast offered varied choices. Parking was safe."

"Checked in at 11 PM and had to wait 10 minutes at the desk for somebody to show up to complete check-in process. Room door deadbolt broken!! Propped ironing board and chair against the door. Broken hair dryer and alarm clock, gross surfaces, dirty black out curtains partially hanging off their hooks, that if you shut them fully block the air conditioning unit, wallpaper peeling back around air-conditioning, revealing mold, sofa very dirty. The shower curtain has cigarette burn holes in it....

"I made my reservation last minute. I think I arrived around 2 a.m. Check-in was painless and easy. My toom eas very nice, clean, comfortable, and no weird smells. The last time I stayed here they had just bought the building and were doing updates. I was interested in breakfast and one of the employees walked me all the way to the restaurant. Very, very, helpful. The bar looks open. Very nice and clean. The restaurant menu, the offerings appear to be available a-la-carte, as well. I ordered...

"eh, don't rely on sofa beds for any adults--SHOCKING condition, 16 inches wide or so and saggy as heck! Could not accomodate a last minute switch to two bed room."

"We stayed at the hotel because we had a weekend wedding in South Kingstown. Everything was great. Room was very clean, staff very friendly and the beds were so comfortable! Breakfast was very good too. And since we had to bring our Shih Tzu, it was also a huge plus that the hotel is pet friendly. We highly recommend the hotel if you plan to stay in the South Kingstown/Narragansett area."

"Stayed here for one night as a short stop on a road trip. This hotel is definitely new and well maintained. So clean (i bring clorox wipes and a black light everywhere and it was spotless). The staff was incredibly friendly. 10/10."
