"Initially a bumpy start as the previous guests delayed us with checking in. The staff were very kind and accommodating. We could not ask for anything more. The main restaurant buffet had the best food and at the best price. The fresh seafood restaurant is wonderful and the food is excellent to say the least but it's also the most expensive. "We had a lovely one bedroom apt with a pool and ocean view . They on a hill that we walked up and down most days but they have a free shuttle if you dont want to walk . There is a gym and pool on a higher level and they have a 3d pool down by their beach. There is a ramp over sheraton road and an elevator that takes you down to the 3d pool and the beach with lounges that are free for guests . "The review would be 5 stars but the entertainment stuff were too aggressive & wouldn’t leave you alone if you weren’t interested in what they were trying to sell. One tried to scam €150 from us. We took a card for a boat party just to get rid out him & the next day he claimed by taking the card we’d agreed to the party & had to pay. We refused & he got aggressive & wouldn’t go away & even fake called security to try & trick us into giving him money."

"Hola escribo español porque soy Mexicana. Y mi experiencia a cerca de hospedarme aquí en este hotel no fue de todo tan agradable. Respecto a la comida muy muy buen servicio. Hay bufet los tres tiempo. Pero el personal no fue muy agradable conmigo. Yo no tenía un adaptador para cargar mi teléfono y fui a recepción que me ayudaran y me dijeron que no me podían ayudar, que yo misma tenía que ir a buscar uno allá a las tiendas.
