overall it was good journey

Just came back from a really lovely holiday stay in this hotel. Everything we needed was there. Entertainment, sports, food was delicious and varied. Sami the pastry chef was so delightful and cooked us gorgeois deserts and bread. All the hotel staff were so happy and helpful. We couldnt want for anything more. The Location of the hotel was so close to city center and marina of you needed to get a night out. All the trips could be booked direct at the hotel. Prices were so reasonable. Alex from the tours was so very helpful and reassuring. Will be returning. Fabulous holiday .Thank you to all the staff and management . Suzanne

Hola escribo español porque soy Mexicana. Y mi experiencia a cerca de hospedarme aquí en este hotel no fue de todo tan agradable. Respecto a la comida muy muy buen servicio. Hay bufet los tres tiempo. Pero el personal no fue muy agradable conmigo. Yo no tenía un adaptador para cargar mi teléfono y fui a recepción que me ayudaran y me dijeron que no me podían ayudar, que yo misma tenía que ir a buscar uno allá a las tiendas. Que porque ellos no le ayudan a los turistas con eso. Y al escuchar eso me puse a llorar porque mi teléfono casi no tenía batería. Y no sabía que hacer en eso momento me partió mi corazón al oír eso. Y por el otro lado cuando llegue e hise el check in el señor que ayuda a uno con las maletas desde que me vio me vio con cara en cola. Me vio como cosa insignificante. Ni una sonrisa me brindó a lo mejor porque yo soy latina y viajo tipo mochilera. Y también eso me entristeció mucho. Me están pidiendo mi opinión y aquí la tienen. Y espero que otras personas no pasen lo mismo que yo. Ales aconsejo que cuando venga a este lugar traigan su adaptador porque es muy diferente la conexión.

My stay at King tut resort was excellent. Every single staff member was so kind/friendly and most importantly accommodating. I went with my elderly parents and my father had struggles with walking to the dinning halls and the staff was able to bring meals to him.. Food options were different each day and the hotel itself was very clean with housekeeping coming daily and just overall very well maintained. I ended up extending my stay for a few additional days since we enjoyed it so much. Location of the hotel is very close to shopping and city center and with direct access to beach. I had the pleasure of meeting the hotel owner Mr. Tamer who made sure our stay was perfect. I would definitely recommend staying at this hotel and look forward to booking it again soon.

The resort is beautiful and the room is clean and very pretty inside. The staff does a good job of taking care of the property. Food is very good and it is nice to eat outside by the sea. The guys that run the animation program do a great job and provide entertainment throughout the day/evening. The resort is big enough that you can engage in activities like yoga, dance, water aerobics or you can relax in quiet areas. We really enjoyed our stay and highly recommend.

This hotel scams it's vostors. Upon check in I had to pay double what I paid through Exp dia. I am am an American while my husband and daughters babysitter ( who I booked a separate room for) were charged 30 USD per night each). Egyptian citizens were told to pay this fee only because of nationality doffernces. While Expedia agreed that their is no such policy in their advertising they insisted to scam us after a 7 hour flight. It took 4 hours to check in and a total of 420$ extra in addition to what I paid online. This hotel is not worth the hassle, trouble or amount paid. I am still awaiting a refund because this was a scam. This hotel and it's "polices" which were never found in print ruined my vacation and it's budget.

We stayed as family with kids in this resort. It took over an hour to find our reservation and check in, but at least we got an upgrade. Definitely is not the service what you usually get in Europe, it feels you are in Russia or Ukraine, far too many drunk faces, noisy at nights, staff specially in bars Is rude and unhappy , all inclusive drinks are horrible, glasses so badly worn... food in restaurant as well not impressive, was hard with kids. Anyway, quite good location, close to the beach.

Pga konflikter mellan bokningsbolag stod vi nästan 4 timmar utan rum. Hotellpersonalen påstår att dom inte fått betalt av bokningsbolaget. Fast vi betalde redan hela reskostnad fick vi stå med våra små barn utan rum efter en jättelång resa, inte förrän dom ha fått betalt tillämpas rummet

El WiFi gratis solo en el lobby y totalmente inoperativo por su extrema lentitud. Ofrecen una semana de WiFi ilimitado en todo el recinto por 10$. No lo contrate pq para 1 o 2 días es excesivamente caro. Mejor comprar una sim con internet. Mucha comida y variada pero poco sabrosa. Me hicieron un upgrade a una habitación con vistas a la piscina y al mar, de forma gratuita. El late check out hasta las 17h por 20$ lo considero muy caro. Es un poco menos de lo que pagué por una noche con todo incluido. En el propio recinto del resort hay bazar y tiendas de tours, masajes, peluquería, etc... te ofrecen sus servicios incluso cuando estás descansando, comiendo o tomando el sol en la playa pero no son tan insistentes como en el exterior. Playa privada pequeña pero muy agradable. Piscina muy buena. Tienen una jaula con monos....no me parece bien. Servicio de cambio de divisa prácticamente sin comisión.

I did not expected that nearly all hotel consisted from Russian travelers. Staff automatically asumed i am also Russian constantly talking in this language. Tourists from this country's were ignorant about my right's to have some piece as they wre roothless so loud and it seems that whatever i asked from Staff i was not respected and felt ignored. Aftwr noisy 4 days i thought i will change hotel. Property itself not bad but not to my standars

Awesome place my family had incredible time there, on the beach and their open buffet great food. Staff is very friendly. On my wife birthday they left her a card in the room and brought her a cake at the dinner. My daughter loved snorkeling on the beach saw a lot of butterfly fish. The guys on the beach are awesome , everything is there, Camel ride, banana boat , speed boat, water park and awesome slides” I actually was enjoying those slides myself “ the service on the beach is very friendly fresh juices and ice creams. I would like thank all the staff in the hotel and at the beach. Mohamed at the dolphin center got me a great boat one day trip to giftune island, it’s beyond amazing on the white shark boat.

نزلت فى هذا الفندق العام الماضى ولكن هدا العام التحسن اكبير فى الاكل والمشروبات الغرف جيده جدا الانيمشن اصبح متنوع فى فقراته البسين جيد البيتش جميل واشكر مستر اسامه مدير الفندق ومستر ميلاد على سرعة الانجاز قى عملية التسكين وعملهم عل راحة التزلاء
