"A very nicely appointed fresh artistic property however when we arrived and Checked in we found the room had no air conditioning and it was warm and couldn’t cool the room - we were told it was because they were not allowed to turn on the air until seasonal. Temps improved. Then upon getting to the room again there was no warm water. They did offer a 59% off concession. Stuff happens"

"They provide the basics, which is all I really needed for a quick overnight stay. The hotel offers a continental breakfast (waffles, eggs, sausage, cereal, etc.), and they also have a “happy hour” with 50% off select alcoholic beverages. It’s more like grab-and-go options—think canned drinks and coolers available near the front desk, not a full bar—but still a nice touch. Another highlight was the restaurant and bar right across the street. Hotel guests get a discount on food, which was a plus....

"Great location!!! Rooms are very nice, hallways are clean, restaurant is cozy. There was some construction in process so, we weren't able to utilize all facilities but, there were back up options such as daily free passes to access LA Fitness across the street."

"The hotel was busy due to concert in Mpls. The rooms were not ready at check in time and parking was full. It was unfortunate and we had to wait a while for a hotel room."

"Everything was fantastic!!! The room was clean, lobby clean, hot tub great temp, pool heated it was a fantastic stay and will definitely stay here again. The only advice would be to add more variety of hot breakfast instead of just eggs and sausage but delicious either way. Close to Costco and other amenities right across the street. Thank you!! This was a breath of fresh air to arrive at Springhill Suites after we left our original hotel due to lack of cleanliness. HIGHLY RECOMMEND!!! "

"Close to target field"

"I lost power throughout the night. They dim the lights in the building so you cant see the conditions of trim and paint. It dont desrerve 5 star. The bar on the 27th floor was closed and nobody knew i ran into multiple people in elevator trying to get there. They just disabled the floor with no knowledge to the people. Horrible not worth the price! The onlt thing good about them was they were willing to refund my room. But i booked through expedia and they wouldnt help with that. So expedia gets...
