Shuttle to beach only runs certain days so you to have to pay for taxi cabs which are around $50USD each way if you visit on the off shuttle days. "I booked this property through Expedia under stressful circumstances — Barbados air traffic controllers went on strike, my flight was canceled, and I was stranded along with many other travelers. I found this listing, booked it, received a confirmation number, and paid for a taxi to get there. When I arrived, the owner told me she had no room for me and that the property was fully booked. "We were the only guests there in this boutique hotel. Amina (the manager) was wonderful and she was the only person working there. It was being a guest in someone’s home, literally Beautiful rooms and property with everything you could want and all the luxuries you would hope for Not a great location as the closest beach is at least 10+ minutes"
