We were greeted with a warm welcome, the apartment is very clean and it has everything you could possibly need. A taxi was arranged for us from the airport which was so helpful. I would definitely stay here again.

Comfortable and Convenient

My stay was great. Mr Carter was accommodating and very friendly. The property was neat and spacious in a great location. It is near the highway which makes it easy to catch a bus to Bridgetown and is also close to the US Embassy. They also provided a taxi to the embassy at an additional cost.

Saved my butt

I was missing a connecting flight and had to stay one night in Barbados. Despite being quite late I was welcome personally by the owner, my mini-apartment had all you need and I could even pay the next day when settled in. Very personal and caring service.

I understand something’s are beyond one’s control but I stayed there for two nights with no internet until it was my time for check out. That was rather unavailing. No compensations were made for this. Besides almost missing check in and having no internet everything else was good.

I had a good stay at the property, but as a solo traveler coming for Cropover this was not the ideal location. It’s not centrally located to events so getting around had to be done primarily by taxi. The owners of the property were very accommodating to my needs though and was courteous when I decided to leave a day earlier for a more central area. This is definitely a peaceful property that if your looking for an accommodation without all the tourists it is a great stay. The only caveat is there is only air conditioning in the bedroom but the outside has a great breeze through when you open the door. Overall I would recommend this to anyone that wants to just relax and getaway for longterm or away from the beach and tourist areas.

Nice simple place for a good price

Let us be clear on what this place is. This residence is a series of rooms which are the extensions to someone's house. The accommodations are simple in that you have bedroom, bathroom, tv, internet and maybe a kitchen. If you are ok with this setup, then this is a fantastic place to stay. The host Gregory is very friendly and ready to accommodate. Wifi wasn't a problem for me. I walked to the Sky Mall to get groceries which is about 20 minutes away though part is a long the highway. There is some noise from the highway, but it is manageable. There are no parties or night clubs in the area to disturb your sleep. Being along the highway, I was able to take the bus to Warrens where I had business. I also took the bus in the other direction to Oistins for the fish fry. Transportation is as good as one could expect for Barbados. This residence is as reasonable priced as anywhere in Barbados. I will definitely stay there again if I have to take another business trip in the area.

Amazing stay
