"Location is right in the middle of a commercial area. Excellent room and cleanliness. Secure parking. very pleasant bar / lounge area. No restaurant in the hotel but independent restaurants adjacent, the nearby Belle Epoque was very good. Staff pleasant, but a €200 charge was authorised on my credit card even though the room was pre-paid in full. Overcharged for drinks in the bar but error corrected at check-out after I pointed out the error."

"Wonderful hotel, attentive staff, great location, very good value for a 4/6 bed suite, ideal for a family, spa facilities were excellent, indoor and outdoor pool, less than a ten minutes walk to a fantastic beach, Biarritz only 15 minutes drive away, also local buses just outside of the hotel. Local shops a short walk away. It is located on a golf course, we do not golf but the bonus was that it is set in beautiful grounds."

"Hotel and staff were lovely. Room clean and had everything necessary. Great location for team stop into city centre. Highly recommended place to stay and we will return. However we got to bed just before midnight and were then evacuated at 2am due to nearby forest fires. So we didn’t get the full experience.
