"Outstanding service and attention to detail from the staff. All staff including the breakfast employees were extremely patient and helpful. We were celebrating my wife’s birthday and received a nice bottle of Prosecco on ice with a happy birthday balloon. She loved it! I have two minor things I’m nitpicking. 1.) I would appreciate a smart TV with modern streaming apps. 2.) The shower set up was a bit odd. The tub had a half glass door that leaked water during showers. Not a deal breaker for us and overall happy with our stay here, will definitely come back. "

"A lovely cosy hotel which is about a 30 second walk to San Marcos square. The rooms were clean and spacious, the breakfast perfect for that get up and go and the staff always keen to help"
