"What a brilliant place to stay in Venice! Location was perfect, just slightly away from the main busy areas so it felt peaceful, and so close to Fondamenta Nova for access to ferry network. The hostel is beautifully clean and the beds were comfy, air con works, everything functions great (down to the laundry that is €3 per load, payable by card and includes the detergent). The room was really sizeable, plenty of space and basic options for cooking with an under counter standard sized fridge....

"Everything was fine. Unfortunately, the air conditioning wasn't working. I wrote to them on WhatsApp to let them know. The response was, it is damaged, and they ignored me. This is very bad for customers with little children, when the temperature outside is around 90°F."

"This was our first hotel on a 3-week European holiday and one of the best properties. Their breakfast was, by far, our favorite of the entire trip. Great selection of food that was constantly and meticulously overseen by the staff. Our room was quiet and good air conditioning and the hotel elevator made moving bags very easy. We like to stay at properties that are outside the most heavily touristed areas of a city and this property delivered. You're still just a 10-minute walk from the "action"...

"Awesome updated room in a wonderful location in Venice. AC was good and very much appreciated on a hot weekend in Venice The hotel is sort of a "branch campus" of the larger hotel a few blocks away, and staff were incredibly helpful in making sure that we had everything we needed and check in was as smooth as possible.
