"Our room was considered a standard ocean view and it had no ocean view. It was in building 22 and since it was on the lower floor, the view was blocked by the casitas in front of it. So I recommend booking a premier ocean view or if you book the standard ocean view, make sure you are on the second level. Otherwise, the resort is lovely. The staff are very friendly. We enjoyed a morning guided coastal hike with Morgan and Christos and also found the falcon talk very interesting."

"Hotel was full so long queues at check in as not enoigh staff. Arrived early so waited 3 hrs for room tho staff were not very helpful in checking options. Hotel looks and feels a bit dated & tired and rooms need refresh. Basic ammenties provided. Hotel ok for overnight stay as near to cruise terminal so easy walk or shuttle available. Would normally expect better quality from Crowne Plaza brand hence a bit disappointing. Rather expensive for the quality & service . "
