"The property was amazing and the staff was great. Expedia had the wrong description for the bungalow that I booked. Autumn at the front desk rectified the problem with a comparable suite. My luggage and room service took over 2 hours to arrive. The room service was comped to make up for the untimely delivery. Leaving the resort at time of checkout was also a headache. The wait for valet to retrieve my car was excessive, there was no water available while we waited and as soon as I got in my car...

"The room was very clean, and the Pacific Inn and Suites worked out great prior to embarking on a cruise from LA (San Pedro). The manager was terrific and really helpful, actually very kind. There's not much around in terms of food in walking distance, however, I ate breakfast at the Pacific Diner (just a couple of steps away), and it was local and yummy....they close at 3 pm though. More than 50 restaurants and bars within a short stroll (from 30 feet to three blocks away). The Comedy and Magic Club is two blocks from the hotel.
