"Let me start off by saying it takes a LOT for me to write a bad review. The photos of this hotel are VERY deceiving. It is right by a huge casino which has lots of random people all around the surrounding area. It did not feel safe. There was even a mobile camera unit from a police department in the parking lot. "My fee should be refunded because: 1) it is now 7:26 pm TWO DAYS after I was to check in, but I have not received the email indicating how to do so. 2) I called the phone number on the email that expedia sent, only to receive a "not in service" message. 3) I spent about two hours chasing around Tacoma that evening trying to find a Wifi connection so I could communicate; I did go by the purported location twice, rang the door bell several times, with no response. "I would highly recommend this hotel. My husband and I stayed for two nights to watch our daughter compete at the state track Championship meet at Mount Tahoma High School. it was a convenient location, really close to restaurants and shopping and gas stations. We didn't have a chance to use the pool / hot tub or enjoy the continental breakfast, maybe next time. I am a picky girl when it comes to where I stay and I was very happy here. They even accommodated extra pillows and shaving cream!"
