"Before planning my trip to San Jose. I researched the best hotels in this town and this was the property which had the best reviews. However, there were a fee areas of our bathroom shower that needed attention (i.e., moldy and black caulkng around the shower door).
Parking was sufficient and security satisfactory from my recent experience as a Balikbayan.
Overall, the property is well maintained with courteous staff."

"-Pool is dirty, we decided not to swim.
-There's no WiFi connection.
-There's no breakfast for free even if you booked a family deluxe room online.
-There's no officer in charge during Sundays so you can't speak with anybody who has much experience in management.
Overall, I didn't get what I paid for. Totally dissatisfied. "
