"Wonderful place, great location. Only improvement recommendations would be microwave and larger fridge in the room. I would definitely recommend staying here."
"It is very close to the Yosemite park entrance. The river adjacent to the lodge is amazing. The facility is a little dated; however, it is very nice and spacious."
"The room was clean. Staff was available and helpful. No daily towel change unless requested. Hot tub and Spa is an extra cost - not included in the reservations (surprise to us)."
"Nice heated pool. The food was excellent at the restaurant and the lodge store had a big selection of food, drinks, and souvenirs. The balconies are a great place to relax. FYI, the lodge is 2.5 hours from the west and south entrances to Yosemite. The road is slow and curvy through the mountains. "
"It had everything you would expect from a 1 star motel. We had to travel to another location for check in (it was not communicated beforehand). The room was very dirty, stains everywhere. Toilet didn't flush properly. The room had a terrible smell. The air conditioning was very loud, probably technology of 50 years ago. The sheets and towels were very old. One of the towels was so old that it was ripped. The location was decent. 30 minutes drive from Yosemite Valley. So, if you want to pay 300+ USD for an OK location, this is your place. Otherwise, avoid it at all costs. I would never stay here again. "
"The cottage was nice and very comfortable. All basics provided. There was the lack of shade-bring your own canopy. Also, the pic shows propane bbq but only had charcoal set up."
