Hotel Dekat Panchakki

"The room was average and the first issue I noticed was that the shower drainage was completely clogged and I had to stop my shower and have the maintenance clean up! This should have been taken care of prior to letting the hotel guests in."

"I have stayed at this hotel many times and have been a regular guest, visiting almost every month. The staff and manager are always helpful and responsive. During this stay, the Wi-Fi in my room was not working, but it was fixed quickly. Room service also forgot one of my orders, and I had to follow up after waiting for an hour. We had paid for the breakfast online - did not support in giving water also. Disgusting "

So, instead of waiting there, we prefer to go...

And thank goodness the hotel manager was amazing in helping us out and getting us a room ready and available last minute as basically all of Aurangabad was sold out that night. We would have literally been left out in the street as...

"Pathetic. Non polite staff including manager"
