Total bad experience with this hitel
The hotel is pathetic it is not what is seen the photos there is no proper room service, restaurant is not operational, no room cleaning done, simple toilet rolls are not given and the reason given is TOILET ROLLS ARE GIVEN ONLY TO FOREIGNERS AND NOT INDIAN, overall waste of money.

Other than breakfast nothing was good in this Hotel , The room has no hanger , poor response of hotel to respond for basic amenities , moreover there was huge fight among local drunk peoples outside hotel till late night

I had a paid reserved booking and when I arrived they did not have any room as they had given all rooms away. Luckily one couple was checking out right then at evening 9:30pm!! and I was given the room. They had not changed the linen and I had to shout at them as as I saw hair on the bed sheet. The waste basked was full, and the bath room had odor.

정말 최악의 호텔입니다 3일묵었는데 침대시트를 한번도 갈아주질 않고 너무 불결한한데도 청소한번 해주지 않아요 화장실도 지저분하고 작은 벌레가 있고 수도꼭지는 빠져있고 먼지가 쌓여있고 정말 최악입니다 샤워타올도 안주어 달라고 요구해야 줍니다
방안도 청소가 전혀 안되어있고 누가 쓰던 그대로의 방과 침대시트 타올등 정말 엉맘입니다 직원과 사장의 불친절함은 이해가 되지 않아요 침대시트를 갈아달라 고 요구하고 저녁에 와서 보면 그냥 그대로 있는거예요 호텔소개 사진은 그럴듯하게 올렸는데 사진에 절대 속지마세요 수많은곳을 여행을 다녔는데 그중 가장 최악의 호텔입니다 아우랑가바드 도시 전체가 혼란스럽고 불결합니다 엘로라 여행계획 하시는분 참고하시길 바랍니다

Horrible !
Overall experience was horrible, starting from location, front desk, service, rooms, facilities and food. Breakfast area the lady was nice and courteous, however variety was very very less. We had to change the rooms thrice , due to Window broken, AC not working properly and lack of electricity in the room.
NO value for money and I cannot recommend this hotel to anyone ever...........

Close to nowhere
The hotel is OK but the neighborhood is not interesting. I came to Aurangabad not for the city but for Ellora and Ajanta and for this reason hotel was OK .

Hotel gradevole, in posizione non centrale
L'hotel è pulito , ben organizzato, con personale gentile e attento (qualche problema con l'inglese).
All'ultimo piano vi è un ristoranrte di buon livello con possibilità di cenare "sotto le stelle" in terrazza. Chiedono il pagamento del conto a parte ma é possibile far caricare il costo sul conto sell'hotel.
Vi é servizio di taxi che permette di raggiungere l'aeroporto e soprattutto di fare escursioni ai due luoghi archeologici che giustificano il soggiorno ad Aurangabad : le grotte di Ellora e le grotte di Ajanta.
La città é veramente squallida, con un'unica attrattiva: il così detto " Taj Mahal dei poveri", copia in stucco del famoso Taj Mahal, costruito dal figlio dell'imperatore in un periodo di ristrettezze finanziarie.

not clean and not reliable front desk
Room is spacious, however very noisy, because hotel is locate in a old district. I cannot sleep at night, because the bed is not clean, I felt itchy all night. I should have canceled the second night, and changed to 7 APPLE Hotel, which I stayed for the third night, and this hotel is very clean.
Air conditioning smells terrible, need clean.
Front desk said the bus stop of Ellora caves is 2KM from the caves, actully is only 200 meters , I think they want me to hire their car, therefore they lied to me.

with complimentary pick up from the station, a cold glass of water upon arrival and then been shown 3 different rooms and given a choice (never been offered a choice of room before) I was impressed from the start.
JP International offer their driver for day tours of the caves at a very good daily rate, a fraction of any other tour company available plus our driver was great, knowledgeableand keen to help in any way.
We checked out at 9am left our bags at the hotel went on a visit to the caves, returned at 6pm but our train to Mumbai wasn't until 11pm. We asked if we could hang out in the restaurant until our train but to my surprise the manager gave us another hotel room free of charge to freshen up and rest in until our departure time. This was so good and we were very greatful.
The manager and staff at this modern establishment made it one of my best hotel experiences in india.

Nice Hotel, Staff, Food.
Hotel, staff and food is good. No hot water supply in the mornings, No Wi-fi connectivity for 1 day, delay in breakfast timings and repetition of breakfast menu on 2 days.

Not a great experience
Not so great experience. In spite of not having bookings...hotel was not willing to extend check out time by couple of hours and charged me for half a day. Hot water was not continuous and was absent when required. Parking space is almost near garbage.
