Only downfall was the only one elevator worked. Memorial Day weekend. And 15 floors. Was very hard to ever get on the elevator luckily we stayed on the 4th floor and the stairs were very useful

Room needs some maintenance (door hinges loose, water damage on ceiling, small odds and ends) Pool area is great and store is convenient. Bikini bobs: avoid unless you need ice. Overall was worth the price of admission and I’ll be staying here again

I had stayed at the Summit a handful of times years ago. I was happily surprised by the updates and how nice the unit we were assigned was! My only complaint is that the two main elevators were both out of order so the whole building was waiting to use one elevator. (March 2023 - Spring Break)

TV in living room had no sound. No clean linens for 2nd night; we ran out of towels. We needed extra cover for one of the guests (old and got cold). Check-in too late and check-out too early; feel cheated out of leasure time. Mutiple pools & hot tubs was nice although always crowded to very late at night. We mostly just stayed in our room and just enjoyed the scenery from our balcony (which was amazing view). All things considerd- would book again.

First off, I purchased the insurance off expedia (6:11 pm) and 20 minutes after tried to cancel the room. The insurance said I had to do by 6:59am. Why was I charged for something that was already expired when purchased. Absolutely ridiculous. We arrived at 12:30am and the walk-in experience was terrible. The room smelled of mold and mildew that hit you in the face immediately. My son wanted to sleep on the sofa bed and when pulled down the sheet had piss and dirt stains. There were dirt/bugs on the sheet/mattress. Next when entering bathroom half the lights were out. If they couldn't notice something that simple, then they didn't care to clean the room. The bathtub had black mold all around the edges and was very dirty everywhere. There were no towels, wash clothes or linens. There were holes and tears in the chairs in the kitchen. We tried to contact expedia and the complex but since after hours we got no assistance. I would not sleep on the beds for fear of bugs. The next morning I contacted the complex immediately to get refund and leave the awful mess. The lady I spoke with denied that was her unit and said she couldn't offer assistance. We left to get breakfast and then I got a call from her stating she made mistake and it was there unit. She said they would refund and I told her we were not there and I would grab my things as soon as finished eating. When we returned we were met by another lady that was very defensive and rude. More to say but limi

Elevators broken! Room was filthy, mold on ceiling, looks like throw up on the curtains on the sliding door. Shower curtain covered in mold, hair all in bottom of shower. Fire alarm was activated multiple days in the middle of the night due to age of system and a short in the wires. So that went off several times. Experience was horrible! Will Never again think about this property

The room and location was nice but the tv service provided did not work in the bedroom and had problems in the living room. Also, there was hair on the shower wall(cleaning could of been better). As for the property; there is only one set of elevators and one of them Moved super slow and ended up out of service on check out day. Took forever to get on and off.

The best part of staying there was being able to see the dolphins from our room. I also appreciated the security and parking was very easy. The pools, hot tub, and onsite eating/drinking areas were very nice. I liked the little kiddie pools too. It was pretty clean and for the most part quiet during quiet hours. There were plenty of towels, bedding, and kitchen supplies. Not all the elevators worked and that was a huge downfall. I could not give the place a higher mark because the balcony door did not work and it took them a few days to come fix it. I could not open it or lock it. It still did not lock when I left. The screen door was never fixed and was resting against the glass door. I had to be careful our baby did not go near it so it would not fall on her. The dryer was not working efficiently and took two times longer to dry. The dishwasher did not work either. It was only 75 degrees when we were there and it was never cool in our room. It will most likely be very warm when it is actually hot outside.

This condo was very old and not kept up very well. The door to our balcony looked like someone had beaten it with a hammer and had no lock, which was stressful with children in the room. There were dirty silverware in drawer. The overall condition of the place felt “rode hard”, which I’m sure it’s seen some things in its demographic. Can also hear through the walls to other rooms, which got very awkward. If you are looking for a spring break pad and don’t care about the condition or noise from the bar or bungee park across the street, this might be the right fit. I did enjoy the balcony view except for constantly smelling cigarette smoke/ weed all hours of the day. This was mostly my mistake for not thoroughly checking the location. Glad we’re only stayed a few nights, otherwise we would have cut our loses and left.
