Nice and spacious!! We had problems with the AC on our last day but it was fine. The room isn’t like the photos they give you, every room is different! Nice view of the pool and good for a family of 5. Everything is very walkable and has a nearby Walmart.

I liked the ocean view and the air conditioning system was great,but the room was half cleaned. The tv in the living room didn’t work, the refrigerator door handles were dirty, the bed was hard, the carpet needed cleaning, the end table was not clean and a host of other things that I didn’t mention.

Staying at this property was a great experience for me and my family! It was very family friendly. Great food and drinks and environment. Unfortunately we had to leave early because i got sick so we didnt stay the whole time we paid for but will definitely come back again and get to stay the whole time!

Our reservations a suite got lost and Expedia called Shores of Panama and they gave us a large condo on the beach immediately and welcomed us in. Clean, nice personal. One complaint is the parking deck, it was not designed for southern big travel vehicles. Like full size trucks and SUV, but for foreign cars like the mini cooper, smart cars. Lol

The pool area is beautiful and the food at the poolside hut was great!! The room needs updated desperately and there’s not enough elevators for the amount of people. We were on the 11 th floor.

Slightly disappointing

Bed is very old. Sheets are not appropriate sized. Furnishings in living room are in very used and poor condition. The amenities on the property are great. Beach access and views were awesome.

Enjoyed our stay, but may not return

I really did like our stay here, but I wouldn't make it a regular vacation spot. The check in process was a little confusing and not a traditional check in. We were kind of expected to know where we were going and what we were doing based on texted instructions. Some of the staff were helpful others were not. We LOVED our room and had a first floor room that opened to the pool then a really easy walk to the beach. It was crowded in the pool area and the beach. We moved down on the beach and it was better. We swam at 8 am when the pool opened and had it practically to ourselves. So you kinda have to find your way and make it work for you. The one issue I had is that some of the pool rules were strict, but not constantly enforced. We were told we couldn't play with a volleyball in the pool but later saw a big group playing with them. There was the morning security guard who seemed to be looking for something to tell us we couldn't do. I don't mind rules, and me and my family do comply but I get upset when they are not constantly enforced. The bar was great and decent prices and the pool/view was beautiful!!! The ladies in the coffee shop were so amazing and even gave my son some free ice cream on his last day. So in summary, it's a nice place to stay, but I'm not sure if I'd go back again.

Overall we enjoyed our stay. Loves the washer and dryer in the room. However, the unit was not up to par. Dishwasher was old and not mounted into cabinet - tilted forward when opened and slides drawn out. Only one burner on stove worked - the others were dirty and smoked when turned on because of old food residue. There was no exhaust fan on stove. Only 1 fork - need more utensils. Towels and sheets thin and cheap. Pull out couch mattress flat and lumpy - could not sleep on it - very uncomfortable. Fridge made strange noises. Tv volume would not go up - we could hardly hear the tv. No dustpan, only broom. Our parking spot was on level 11, so it took 5.5 minutes upon entering the parking garage to reach our spot.

The location was amazing. Staff was always friendly. Room was not clean. Dirty dishes in dishwasher, used underwear under couch, bracelet found in bed, shoes under bed. Hotel was quick to fix problems (no outlets worked, microwave didn’t work)
