I have stayed twice and definitely recommend getting the breakfast included! Everything was great just a few maintenance aesthetics that need to be updated and taken care of in rooms with outdated furniture and some interior damages. Otherwise it’s in a great location and will definitely stay again!

Dated hotel with an older charm but very good for the price. Air conditioning stays on all the time, no adjusting. Situated near Starbucks, Burger King, Pio Pio and some attractions are walking distance. Staff helps a lot even though their English is not the best. No outside food in hotel. Breakfast options are varied.

Me and my sister stayed at Princess for 4 nights . Amenities were not provided as listed. No iron, no blow dryer, fridge, no water. All of which are expected to be provided by a standard hotel. Additionally the keys were faulty. We booked two rooms and only got into one of the rooms. No urgent action was taken by staff to resolve this issue and we got access to the other room until the following day. The room that we shared for the night was horrible. Apart from the amenities not being provided the smell of the pillow and sheet was horrible. I assume that it was not changed after the last person used it. We had no choice but to sleep right there until we got access to the other room. On the bright side the views from our rooms were amazing. The hotel is located in the heart of the city so we got the entire view of the city and the hotel pool from our rooms.

The location couldn’t be better. It’s safe walkable lots of dining options. Great for transportation. Staff couldn’t be nicer. Breakfast is excellent. Not a bad hotel for the price. Could use a little maintenance. Sauna was broken and water in shower was luke warm. The staff was very friendly and helpful. They had a nice fruit infused water station at the front. The breakfast was good. Pool area was nice to hang out. For the price I would stay here again.

The location is convenient, the pool is small but cozy, the coffee bar is terrific. The property is run-down, everything is worn. From carpets to doors, everything looks and feels like 50 years old. There is no safe, minibar, microwave, or kettle in the rooms. Some of the beds have no headboard.

I will start with the positives. The staff is amazing! Super nice and polite and will help you and answer any questions you have. The price for the hotel is also amazing. The AC worked amazingly and we had it at the lowest temperature all 5 days we were there. The property on the other hand is nothing the like the pictures. The property is old, smells musty, like mildew and mold. IT SMELLS HORRIBLE. The incense and air purifiers they use do not mask the smell but blend in with the mildew smell. The rooms do not have any refrigerators or microwaves ! Me and my partner were wondering why? Because we wanted to have cold drinks or take leftovers. Well, we soon found out why!! COCKROACHES EVERYWHERE. GERMAN COCKROACHES! When we first discovered them we did not realize the extent of the infestation so we asked for a different room. They gave us a different room the following day no questions asked. However, it only took a few hours to realize this room had more. We decided to stay because all of our tours were all day tours and we would not be at the hotel at all. Additionally the tours already had our pick up address. They are everywhere. My partner even found one in his shoe and on the bed. We made sure to always keep the lights on even to sleep and have the AC at the lowest temperature. We put everything on on the table shoes and luggage and everything zipped up at all times. Nothing touched the floor other than our feet with sandals on. And NO FOOD OR SUGARY DRINKS !!!!

The property was clean the room was comfortable and spacious the view was great not to mention the breakfast also their staffs are very nice not to mention this one receptionist at the front desk I think his name is Alberto‼️ Oh lord he’s an Angel sent from above he understands English well and helps in every situation hats off to him, we didn’t get the chance to say goodbye because he wasn’t at work the day we left but big up you 💯 listen this property helps me to enjoy my trip book them now‼️👏
