The condo was beautiful inside and just like it was pictured. The resort itself could use some updated paint and the door was very chipped. But we were very happy with the condo and communication via the app was great! It was walkable to many fun things like mini golf and Walmart was right across the street which was super convenient. We loved our stay here and the five pools were awesome!!!

Great condo with amazing view

The condo was clean and comfortable. The wristbands were a little annoying. The view was amazing from the balcony. Maintenance immediately responded to any issues and was very professional. We will definitely be back.

My Stay at Laketown Wharf

Nice place overall but most of the restaurants were closed like the buffet and taco place. Also got tired of wearing that wrist band. They should issue more to each person. Can't beat the view there!

The property wants you to pay $20 for the porters to take your luggage, otherwise you have to pull your own from the garage. You can’t unload at the pull up without paying. Our condo was great..

Condo staff not very pleasant Condo not very clean room was very nice and pools good they don’t maintain property very well broken lights all around the pools can’t get up and down the elevator and they smell and could use fans in them. Will not book there again

Overpriced

There was no fee parking, they charged us $60. The condo ok but the air conditioner made very loud noise we had to turn it off! Also during these days spring brake the noise was extremely loud coming from other guests Rooms late at night till early hours in the morning! People running around the hallways and screaming! Will def not stay here again and I also think it’s overpriced for what we got!!!

Started with being told to park in parking deck closest to lobby although our room was on the other end 18th story. Then, I was told I needed to go another office offsite to get the code to get in. Condo was beautiful and clean. However, staff at the resort were rude and obnoxious. We had to “always “ wear a wrist band and show it anytime we left or entered. I even got questioned yesterday because I was in my car waiting for my daughter to return our cart we used to load our luggage. I will not be returning.

The stay was ok, I’m not planning to stay here again. Elevators where always full and we had to wait a lot. There where lots of drunk (younger adults) all the time (I was there 10 days), lots of cursing and unappropriate music. Not the greatest place for family with kids. Room had spaces and kitchen had all the basics needs. I wish there where Pillows for sofa bed and the floors needed mopping ( I don’t think the floors where ever mopped. The lobby doesn’t provide trash bags, laundry detergents or dishwasher detergent. You have to buy everything.

General cleanliness was lacking, microwave operated only on 30 second setting, oven handle broken, icemaker not working, dinette chairs all broken, not safe to sit in, couch worn out, carpets dirty in general. One of the children found M&M’s under the couch. We did not have any sweets with us. Out side flooring very dirty as well as furniture. But in defense of the unit the common property wasn’t much better. Getting up or down in the elevators was an ordeal of its own. Trash shut was locked so garbage was left in several areas for the whole time we were there. Overall very pricey for the experience.

Florida was great, the condo not so much, we had planned to work while at this condo due to the WiFi, but unfortunately our Wi-Fi was down for a couple of days so that affected our plans. Disappointed but what do you do.

Very nice place. I was so excited with being able to use apps on the tv all i had to do was put my info in . Everything we needed as far as cooking utensils was ther .. Awesome place I hope when we visit again we get the same unit

Condo was absolutely stunning, very roomy, and held all our family friends. The view is half of the beach and half road, Thomas drive. The wifi was the only bad thing, it didn’t work the entire time we were there- we tried to reach out to the office but with no response, we assume because of the holiday.

Enjoyed our visit!

We enjoyed our stay. Our room was very nice. The only thing I would say that could use improvement is the wait for elevators. We were on the 8th floor and had a wagon for our grand daughter so we couldn't take the stairs. We got to PCB around lunch time and we were able to go straight to our room as it was already ready, although check-in wasn't until 4:00

It was an easy transaction to get the wrist bands we needed and we received the text to get in to the condo at 430pm so we didn’t have to wait too long to get in. The only thing I would say that was inconvenience was that the main elevators were always out of order. One of the 3 didn’t work our entire stay and 4 out of the 6 days the another elevator out of the 3 was being used by a family who was moving which I know is inevitable but they should have been moving at a different time not peak hours of people coming and going for dinner and such. Other than that everything was great!

Horrible Stay

It was very unpleasant. The place was not cleaned. The bathtub in the main bathroom was kinda clogged. The water would not drain as we showered. The loveseat need to be replaced alone with the drapes in the living room. Last, but not least we found a bedbug in the master bedroom in the bed. Head of maintenance had to be called out there. After his inspection he claimed it was not a bedbug, that it was a carpet beetle. It was not a comfortable stay for my family and I.
