"Hotel was nice, but not a 5-star resort. Probably a 4-star at best. Jacuzzi was HOT (nice), about half an hour drive outside of downtown Bariloche, which was a little far. You have to register with the security gate to get access in and out. The gym equipment (all 3 bikes) were broken, which is a maintenance failure on their part. Overall nice stay but I'd stay closer to downtown next time to save the effort."

"Comencemos con lo bueno: - La vista maravillosa desde la unidad que nos quedamos (primer piso con terraza/habitación cerrada). - La atención de las chicas de recepción excelente 10/10. Lo malo: - Se pidió un tostador que aparecía en la lista y no apareció por que según estaba en reparación, se preguntó en 2 oportunidades y no fueron capaz de por último traer uno de otra unidad. - El control del televisor de la habitación principal estaba abierto sin tapa y no funcionaba, se cambiaron las pilas y aun así no funcionó. - En la descripción dice canales premium, pero son los canales que toma la antena y se ven muy mal. Se intentó solucionar poniendo un android box para mejorar la calidad, pero el wifi del lugar no era el mas óptimo y no cargaba nada. - El dia que se hizo aseo y cambio de sábanas, al parecer solo se hicieron las camaras pero no se cambio sabanas ya que las fundas de las almohadas tenían las mismas manchas de cuando llegamos. - El shampoo, acondicionador, jabón líquido de la ducha, y el lavalozas estaban todos muy aguados como que los hicieron "rendir" con agua y la esponja para la loza vieja - Lo mas grave fue el tema de la habitación/terraza. Se supone que estaba habilitada para poder usarla como dormitorio, pero fue imposible usarla por las siguientes razones: 1. La ventana estaba roto el marco y entraba mucho aire soplado por lo tanto la habitación no se pudo ocupar. Ademas, no hay privacidad deberian poner filtro de espejo. Tengo foto de todo."

"The staff was amazing! Our room had a beautiful view with a huge balcony. The hotel was very clean and situated perfectly for Circuito Chico . The breakfast and dinner was also fantastic. Highly recommend this place for an amazing stay. "

"A lovely hotel with friendly and helpful staff. My only comment is that it was extremely hot when I was there and yet the heating was on, and apparently couldn’t be altered ? A fan for the room was provided but the temperature was still somewhat uncomfortable."

"Large bedroom separated from the living room and dining area. Large bathroom with hot tub heated floors. Great wifi. The full kitchen: fridge, sink, stove, toaster and microwave were great to relax outside with some hot beverages. The floor has amonite fossils. The hotel has a telescope and upon coordination they brought an astronomer. She was very knowledgeable and gave us an hour of observation and explanation of what we were watching in English and Spanish. The staff are very nice and helpful in suggesting good activities in the area. Breakfast was delivered to our room between 8-10am upon coordination with the front desk. The location is not in the city, about a 15min drive to the city which makes it much more quiet and nice. The views are spectacular especially in the mornings."
