"I give them a three out of 10 there's no ice machines on the floors the refrigerator was not working and they knew as soon as I checked in I was never moved to another room with a working refrigerator when they knew immediately after I checked in that the refrigerator was not working and no one never came to repair the refrigerator or put another refrigerator in when I had insulin and food that had to be left and stored in the car because of that this is one location that I will never visit...

"I purchased a Lake View Room, when I arrived they said my room was not available yet and moved me to another room. I could see the lake only if I stood behind the T.V. All three windows had no view at all. When I brought it up to staff they said that the room qualified as a Lake View and would not reimburse me or move me to another room. "The hotel was great! The location is prime, 2-min walk from Magnificent Mile and incredibly close to Starbucks Reserve and Harry Potter store. My only complaint would be the lack of soundproofing on the windows. The view from my room was non-existent (to the side alley and building) but the sounds of the city were very loud. Walls are also paper-thin, so it was a bit uncomfortable. Other than that, I enjoyed my stay, would consider staying again."

"We were initially booked at the main location on the River Walk, but we were then instructed that we would need to move to another nearby location upon arrival. The receptionist told us that the company intentionally overbooks its main location and reserves some capacity at other locations to entice customers. BE VERY WARY OF THE BAIT AND SWITCH. If you stay at this hotel (I highly advise against it), I recommend calling ahead to verify that you are actually booked at the correct location."
