We stayed in this property for a week during a family visit to Palmy. The property is very centrally located within a short walking distance to almost everything. The room is very clean and the climate control unit functions highly efficient. The staff was very friendly.

Gross but good service

My partner and I went over for a weekend. Honestly can’t complain about service at all, the lady at the front desk was very kind, easy to deal with & welcoming. He bed was comfortable but the top blanket smelt a bit and felt dirty so definitely didn’t sleep with that. The heat pump was good to use though so we didn’t get cold or anything. The spa bath was gross (sorry) in the actual jets you could see black mole looking like stuff - so I used a piece of toilet paper to wipe around it and it cruelly came off easy so just made me think how thorough do they clean them- it just takes a bit more effort and maybe using a good spray and a brush to clean … i don’t know… just an idea. The complimentary shower cap/soap bar etc on the bathroom vanity was soaking - and neither of us even used the tap or anything at that time (we literally just arrived) so not sure why it was soaking but the small cardboard boxes they were kept in was wet. We looked for a leak or anything or even water on the vanity and there was nothing - so honestly not sure how the hell or why it as so wet, but again just a bit more effort put into a room checking all these things prior to. A guest arriving will be hugely beneficial for the team there. Garden behind kitchen window was over grown and a huge mess.. AGAIN more effort put in the back HUGELY BENEFICIAL!
