"It's not often that one can find a well kept property in the city that is pet friendly. Love it!"

"Clean tidy room but needs updating"

"We had two issues with this hotel stay. One is that the Expedia title for the property is ”Stay in National Park Village”. The property is actually 3 km away from National Park Village on a Main road with a lot of traffic. If you rent the top room with the balcony you overlook this busy road. It was not as peaceful as expected. National Park Village is a misnomer also as it is not in the park but at the access point to enter the park. It’s a further 14 minute drive to get to the parks visitor center from “National Park Village” Aside from the misunderstanding about the location the bed we had was so firm as to be uncomfortable, the shower in the room was very small. The continental breakfast was a positive."

"Owners were very friendly and accommodating - this made our stay very comfortable. Location is very central and still private - tidy and suited our needs, while traveling with our elderly mother and young adults. Would recommend stays for families or those needing to be close to town. Would stay again."

"We have stayed at other BK's and always found them to be of a good standard. Unfortnately, this was not up to that standard. Althought the daily cleaning appeared to be fine the carpet badly needed a proper shampoo clean to remove dirty marks all over it. The two armchairs also needed a proper clean, very dirty handmarks etc. on the arms and the seats."
