The room was filthy. I had to get a towel damp and shuffle it around the room to clean the floor. There was something stuck on the table. Also, would it kill them to have extra pillows!?! We asked three different people if they had extra pillows.

Palm Mountain Resort and Spa
Clean friendly I love the bikes at the front door. I would stay here again. It’s a super location. I wish they had a bar out by the pool though lol

Aqua Soleil Hotel & Mineral Water Spa
The rooms are oddly set up, the furniture is poor without a desk or anything like most hotels have. There are old wooden blinds on the windows but no curtain so at 6am it was bright and sunny in our room. The people above us walked around 24/7 and it sounded like there wasn’t even a full ceiling ...

The Westin Desert Willow Villas, Palm Desert
Room was clean, staff was good. It was a pool down close to our suite that was closed for construction and there market place was closed due to construction had I known that before our stay I would have booked somewhere else!
