"Since being recently acquired by Wyndham, the hotel no longer offers the amenities they previously had like valet parking and a bellman to help get luggage to the room. Without those amenities, we will not return to the Blennerhassett. Older adults will struggle to get luggage carts into the hotel because of heavy double doors at the entry and the distance to the elevator. The self parking lot is behind the hotel, again a good walk for an older adult. Staffing is an issue, in the restaurant...
