We had a lovely stay!! The room was spacious and very quiet. The location was perfect - right in the middle of all of the great restaurants and shops. Gianluca was so kind and helpful, reserving a taxi for us and offering to help with anything else we might need during our stay in Palermo. Would definitely return again !

Great room and its most amazing characteristic is exactly how close it is to all of the action. Absolutely everything from the sights, food, markets, waterfront were all walkable in 15 mins or less and owner/staff were super helpful and responsive and gracious.

Palazzo Ventimiglia is on one of the major streets in the historic center of Palermo. It's a very nice location for walking around. The place is more of an airbnb than a hotel, as there are not dedicated staff on site. The rooms and bed were nice. I'd stay there again.

We arrived early for our room and they made it ready in an hour. Meanwhile, they kept our luggage while we ate lunch. Lukan greeted us warmly and gave us good advice about what to see in Palermo. The room was clean, bright and large. We had a king-sized bed, a rarity in Europe. It was so comfortable. And the location was perfect: in the very center of the centro storico. When we walked out the door we were there.

Gianluca and his team were fantastic, room was excellent and clean. Palazzo is VERY central and easy to get to from train station. Daily breakfast was wonderful, chocolate croissants “to die for”. Highly recommended.

Lovely old building which has been modernised well. In the most incredible location and walking distance to most of the main must do sites. Huge choice of restaurants and bars very close by. Buzzy, fun area. As a person who needs natural daylight I found our studio room a little gloomy but we spent so little time there during the day it really didn't matter too much. Gianlucca the property manager was an absolute superstar and couldn't have been more accommodating. Palermo is the most wonderful city.

The staff were incredible Roberto, went above and Beyond helping us get settled and making a list of great venues and places to eat that were all incredible! He even insisted on helping us bring our luggage two and from the accommodation and lined up our parking for our car as well as breakfasts each morning at a Great Cafe! We have never had better service that we had with our stay here!! 100% and beyond I would strongly recommend staying here, rooms air conditioning was great and very quiet accommodation and very secure location. Right in the best spot to see everything In the city as well with short walks!

This was an amazing B&B. It was a great, well-maintained property, and it was in a prime city location with easy walkable access to all the areas we wanted to visit in Palermo. The room had everything we needed and even much more than we expected. Gianluca was a very gracious host, giving us great suggestions of what we needed to see and recommendations of good dining options to check out. All in all, no complaints here! I would definitely recommend returning to this place and suggest this to anyone wanting to visit this area!!
