"Palazzo Achates was perfect for us! It is in the center of old town on a quiet street and has been fully renovated with a beautiful modern minimalist design. I booked the last room available which, was described as small, but it was actually quite roomy and lovely. The owner answered all requests promptly and was wonderfully welcoming! He made us feel assured that the keycard entry to the hotel itself would work smoothly at any hour of the night, and it did. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay!"

"パレルモ大聖堂の目の前の路地にあるため、観光客向けのお店（ショップや飲食店）も近くに多く、観光にはもってこいの立地でした。スタッフもフレンドリーで、とても良かったです。"

"Lovely pool - great location - clean"

"This is superb, characterful hotel with excellent and friendly staff who really looked after us. It has fantastic rooms (ask for one of the bigger ones). The welcome snack and map was great. The owner parked our car and that was incredibly helpful. Superb location and use the spa if you can!"

"I liked that the property was very central in the historic district. The hotel was very clean and the room very spacious. I would have easily given 5 stars for everything had it not been for the noise. Our room was below the rooftop restaurant and they were very noisy. We could hear every move of a chair or table. Our sleep was disrupted because of it. The noise lasted till 2am. Other than that everything was good with the hotel. They should definitely think about a solution about the noise."

"★★★★★ We had an absolutely wonderful stay at Palazzo Arone dei Baroni di Valentino. The property is beautiful, incredibly clean, and so welcoming. Our room was spotless, and the common areas were just as immaculate and beautifully maintained. What truly made our stay unforgettable, though, was Francesco. He went above and beyond from the moment we arrived to make us feel genuinely welcomed and taken care of. His kindness, hospitality, and attention to detail made the experience feel so...

"The location was marvelous, in the center of town with everything within walking distance. The rooms and bathrooms were spotless. It was quiet, allowing for good restful nights. The staff was very welcoming and helpful, couldn’t ask for anything more. The owner was absolutely charming as was her daughter."

"Our stay at Palazzo del Poeta was absolutely wonderful and exceeded our expectations. This is truly a five-star boutique hotel where elegance, comfort, history, and exceptional hospitality come together beautifully. Our room was elegant, beautifully appointed, and equipped with every comfort. We especially loved the thoughtful details, including excellent coffee and tea and beautifully decorated Sicilian cookies—a lovely personal touch.
