"Fahad the front desk person went over and above to help out when our room ac was not functioning. They ensured they got it fixed by night and the front desk people were apologetic the next day. The rooms are really nice. It’s a boutique luxury hotel so not bad for that"

"Clean, but not made for a family of three, and let me be the first to demand that they delete “one bedroom” from the room description. I paid for a room with one bedroom, including a queen bed and a twin bed. What we got was a queen bed and a sofa bed that took up the entire living space it was like walking on the ledge of a building, trying to get around the room. Also not convenient for taxis or Ubers. But it is just steps from the cathedral, so there’s that."

"Master La Rambla was a perfect location for our stay. Within walking distance to a lot of great shops and dining. Also conveniently located close to the metro for connections to sites that were a little further out. We had a premium balcony room which was a wasted upgrade. There is ongoing construction on the Rambla street which made the balcony useless. Thankfully the room was pretty sound proof which kept the sounds of jack hammers at bay. Don’t get a balcony room!"

"An excellent occasion in the heart of the old town. At night it could be a bit noisy if you have a room overlooking the square. However, the windows are double glazed and enhanced the experience rather than being a problem."

"Hotel is situated in the heart of the Gothic quarter. Very, very historical and charming. Hotel is elegant, artistic, and with all modern conveniences. Outdoor portion of hotel restaurant is in a historically significant plaza. Sitting there sipping wine would in itself be a nice holiday, but, of course, Barcelona is one of the great cities of the world."

"We loved our stay(s) at Casa Pince. We decided to stay there twice during our European visit. The first room was our favorite with two cute balconies over the streets. The staff was extremely welcoming and helpful. The air conditioning was nice and cool! Nicely re-furbished, boutique hotel in a bustling location."
