"The photos were very misleading and appeared much larger than the reality. My husband almost injured himself several times, nearly tearing the skin on his scalp due to unsafe conditions. There was no jacuzzi, despite it being implied. The water temperature was inconsistent either far too hot or too cold and there was excessive noise whenever a tap was opened or a toilet was flushed.
