"The Palacio Gran Via was one of my favorite solo stays. I stayed here over the 4th of July weekend and felt comfortable right away. The hotel is gorgeous. My room was always clean. I am someone who tends to return to my hotel room multiple times a day to rest and recharge. Housekeeping somehow managed to tidy up while I was out each time. On a few occasions they left a sweet detail, like a chocolate or tiny bottled fragrance. Francisco and Alexia at the front desk were so kind and intuitive...

"I would recommend this hotel. It is located at the foothills of the Alhambra in a good location. It is a traditional, beautifully kept, quiet hotel and we would stay again. The reception staff were very helpful. We did not have breakfast. The details of how to find and park at the hotel were very helpful."

"It’s a perfect destination! Beautiful city which you can view from this excellent apartment with 2 bedrooms / 2.5 bathrooms / completed kitchen with coffee, tea, chocolate, milk, dishwasher and laundry washer. Probably, you don’t need a car. The apt’s are close to the Alhambra and there are many taxis if you would like it. We rented a SUV for our trip in Spain, and it was a little difficult in historical places because of restricted areas and narrow&steep streets. "

"Exactly what you would expect of a hotel of this type: well appointed rooms, friendly staff, access to a good standard of food and drinks. Very similar to many of the hotel chains around the world. Staff were very helpful on arrival in helping us orientate ourselves with the city. We were only staying for one night so there wasn't much opportunity to fully experience the hotel but overall the facilities seemed to be of a high standard. "

"My wife and totally enjoyed our 3 nights at Bibo Suites Oro Del Darro. It is truly a unique location and the apartment was completely decked out. Staff at the front desk and the check in was flawless. A fully equipped kitchen with coffee pods (yes!), super nice bathroom, bedroom and living room completed the apartment. I would only make 1 suggestion: update the pull out bed as when used as a couch, the cushions kept coming out. The location was amazing - cross the street and you're under...
