From the moment we arrived, the hotel made a lasting impression. A beautiful aroma greeted us in the lobby, setting a calm and luxurious tone. Check-in was smooth, thanks to Magdalena at the front desk, who was incredibly welcoming and helpful. She even personally walked us to our parking space, which was just a short 200m from the hotel—such thoughtful service!
The lobby was elegant and inviting, and our room exceeded expectations: spacious, well-equipped, and spotlessly clean. We especially loved the jetted tub—perfect after a day exploring the city.
The location was ideal for our visit—close to all of Granada’s main attractions but still peaceful and quiet at night.
We were absolutely delighted with the hotel, the staff, and the overall experience. We’ll definitely be back—and next time, we’ll be booking an even more luxurious room!
