"Property was clean and filled with amenities. The staff were extremely kind and helpful. There were several shops nearby and many kinds of restaurants open late. The main issue was transport. It was nearly impossible to get taxis to/from Goyang & Kintex. "
"This is a nice, affordable hotel with awesome staff. Rooms are basic as are many hotels in Korea, and are clean and comfortable (one double bed and one single bed in most rooms). The staff is excellent. We stayed here because a family member works close by. Some neighborhood restaurants are within walking distance as well as a few โquick martsโ. Unification park with some hiking trails and a rebuilt 1.000 year old palace is nearby."
"A good hotel. The rooms are nice, itโs in a safe area with some decent options nearby, and itโs located very close to both a metro & major bus stop. It also offers interesting amenities for "couples".
Really the only things are that: 1) The hallways outside the rooms lack air conditioning, meaning that if itโs hot you feel it as soon as you step outside your room; and 2) There is only one small elevator to go up and down.
Otherwise, perfectly fine hotel if you're looking for a place to stay in...

"Excellent hotel, with modern style and flair. Room was very well appointed, very clean, quiet and comfortable, with all the modern conveniences and super fast internet. Staff are amazingโฆfrom check in through the entire stay, courteous and always there to help. Special mention to the Westin Club staff who were just wonderful. Gym ( with pool and sauna) is very good. Very good range of restaurants, specialitiesโฆthe Italian restaurant was fantastic, as was the lobby bar and cafe/bakery (delicious!).
