"Rooms were spacious and clean. The close proximity to the beach made for a very relaxing place to spend a couple of days. I would stay there again."

"Upon arrival I was welcomed at the front desk & the check-in process for room 117 was fast. Once in the room it smelled musky like mildew or mold. I turned on the a/c to circulate and cool the air, but the a/c unit turned off completely after a few minutes. It did this multiple times throughout the stay. The TV worked, but the remote and cable service did not as the tv guide scrolled automatically and nothing could be selected with the remote. The sink was clogged and the water took a long time...

"Wow like living in an apartment, and we had cooking and heating stove! Easy parking next to your room. Loved this facility. My wife loved the add on room next to the bathroom for clothes and bags and changing."

"Hotel was very clean except that we didn't have any towels in our bathroom. We had to go down twice and waited for maybe more than 30mins before they brought up some towels. Pool was really small but who cares? The beach is just right in front of the hotel. Our stay was overall enjoyable."

"Nice location and parking. Breakfast okay. Staff questionable as my credit card was compromised during my stay. The only person with access to my card was the front desk staff and my card was not used anywhere else. Also the bathroom in our room could have been cleaned better. "

"parking was a little tight but fine. the location wasn't the best with homeless folks wandering nearby, but it was overall clean and a fair price for what you got! newly remodeled with lots of places to plug in electronics. Bed was comfortable. MIni fridge was very loud. I liked the table that you could roll out for convenience with my laptop. "

"Everything is clean and the staff is amazing. We stay in a lot of hotels and travel a lot, and the staff at the Hampton Inn in Gilroy is really one of the best. However, their breakfast are awful. Again the staff does their best, but the food quality is really bad. Also, we had a seven day stay and we needed to request housekeeping. And most of the hotels where we stay if you’re over three days, you automatically get a housekeeping. I think they should rethink that policy because it’s kind of...

"Very comfy beds! We had a room with a fireplace which was cozy in the rain. The only issue was the shower head position way too high for me as a 5’2” woman & the shower door let a lot of water out. But everything was fantastic. Had breakfast both days. A wonderful visit. The gentleman who checked me in was personable & very informative too. I would stay here again. "

"The room was dark and dreary facing a concrete wall, somewhat depressing considering it's such a nice hotel with charming decor. I wish I'd been asked if I preferred a lighter, brighter room or one with a balcony. Giant bathtub with two showers going at once. Breakfast was decent. Very close to the mission."

"We have stayed here before. They had updated their rooms since our last visit. The rooms are very nice and welcoming. The parking is tight if you have a large vehicle, but manageable. Wish they would coffee in the lobby."
