"Cloe the deputy manager was awesome! We had a medical event & she absolutely owned it! Rang 111 with us, relayed info,organised taxi to ED,showed that extra genuine care by sending us with water and biscuits, made sure the night porter knew we would need access & checked in with us in the morning extending check out without us asking! "We had a lovely stay at the Royal Oak. Hannah was extremely helpful and was quick to respond when i accidentally deleted the message with the keycode! The room was extremely comfortable and clean.
