"Hotel reception area is very nice and brand new. Staff are also nice. Because it’s a new hotel the air in the bedroom smell dusty which made it somewhat uncomfortable. I booked a room with city view but I could only see a warehouse and a forest from my room on the 6th floor."

"Don’t stay here unless you have to be 10 minutes from the airport. The place is in disrepair. Among many other things, pieces of carpet cover the broken hall floor tiles. Everything is in need of refurbishment. Front desk staff look like they would rather be anywhere else. "

"I arrived after midnight and the staff were so helpful- the driver was at the airport on time- he even helped me find a meal though it was so late. The food from the property was fresh, the front desk was very helpful. The property is serene and beautiful. I enjoyed my stay and felt super safe as a solo female."

They were not only very helpful regarding the check-out process but also this gentleman at the lobby packed my breakfast just because I would not be there to have breakfast. "Spent 3 nights at this Property, here are some of the issues. NO hot water during the entire stay. Had to take a cold shower. Shower head holder was broken. Reported, not fixed. Curtains would not completely cover the windows, so always light entering the room. Rooms tied and in need of refurbishment."
