"The facility is absolutely beautiful. Walking distance to the treehouse and diamond beach. The staff are incredibly friendly and attentive. I have some foods I cannot eat and staff made sure to ask questions so that both my dinner and breakfast were perfect. The spa was fantastic. We both got massages and really enjoyed the care from all the staff. loved the vibe here and would stay again for sure."

I enquired via email about wheelchair accessibility at the property and was assured my mother would have no issues going anywhere within the property. "This hotel is nestled in the Ubud Jungle. The property is beautiful and spacious. A real hidden gem. Personally, what made my stay memorable where the staff. They're attentive, kind, overall the best in hospitality. I'd happily return any chance I'd get. Perfect location for someone looking to escape the crowds. There are amazing waterfall tours you can take in Ubud. Keep in mind, Ubud is around 2hrs away from the airport with traffic but worth the stay."
