"Building exterior needs repairs around windows; it was very stormy when we stayed and the water dripped all night so we had to empty container collecting the rainwater. Otherwise it was very nice; our Grands thoroughly enjoyed playing in the pool!!"

"The stay was good at the hotel until after checkout we called back to see if they had found some leftover beer we’d forgotten. 3/4 of a pack. That I’d left in the fridge in the room. Arrived to talk to the front desk and they sent a staff member up to the room. Looked in the room for it and was told that it was not there. Unimpressed because we 100% left it behind, we’d checked our vehicle. Told the front desk “well, I guess someone stole it,” and I left. They called us 25-30 mins later and...

"This property needs new mattresses and could use new, higher toilets. The current toilets must be 20+ years old and are the old, very low style. 90% of today's toilets sold are thr higher style."

"Excellent staff who did their best with a bad situation since the power went out in the area. - They accommodated an early check in and three rooms close to one another - They recleaned a room that we asked to switch from due to a foul odor - They apologized for the inconvenience of the key cards not working due to the outage and ensured we could access our rooms - Breakfast had many good food options and the pancake maker was fun! - Easy and friendly check out process"

"The mini fridge in our room didn’t work. There was no blow dryer Shampoo and conditioner were mismatch two different brands not little complementary ones. Overall clean and quiet place."

"I really appreciate the staff upgrading us to two queen beds free of charge when mistakenly booked a 1 bed . With 2 kids this was an extremely nice gesture Just a simple, affordable, nice hotel , with a decent pool and the waterslide is fast! Good job BW and staff"

"Room very clean although a bit of an odd smell. Bed super comfortable and the whole floor was lovely and quiet. Managed to get the courtesy bus at 2am which was really helpful and staff booked us onto the morning bus to get back to the airport. Self-service breakfast was ok and covered all the basics."
