Called heath department in Whitley county to file a complaint. Worst hotel EVER! Didn't stay at all it was so bad. A disgrace to Expedia. I only got half my money back because of corrupt hotel management."

"They were painting the walls inside the hallways, but they removed all the baseboards and it made a mess all over. They never swept up the area. There was pieces of plaster and debris all over in the hallways and no one ever cleaned it up. Our floor in our room was very dirty."

"Yes. Clean, staff were friendly and accommodating. We did not like the fact that there was no door to the toilet/tub room. Instead they had a sliding door that closed off the sink area and toilet/tub room. And the sliding door did not close completely shut."
