"Check in was easy. Our room looked nice at first. The alarm clock had outlets on it but it wasn't working. I needed an outlet for my cpap. I moved the night stand and put the plug in the other outlet .it worked but there was a full bottle of water and garbage in the floor. The carpet was filthy. The tile floor had a prescription pill on it. There was a pen on the carpet. The refrigerator worked but the small freezer portion was a block of ice. "Several things were not up to par. Toilet would not put any water in the bowl while filling, after a flush. We had a light that had a non working switch. our choice was to unplug it or unscrew the bulb. Front door was difficult to open. A king size bed with just two small pillows. convenient location for shopping. Yes I would use this location again. Nice people"

"The hotel was getting some renovations done but it was all just a mess. There was plaster coming off the walls, rolls of dirty carpet just sitting in the lobby, the computer and printer station was completely out of order. The rooms are very basic, not a lot of pillows or bedding and they have a kind of wet/odor smell. When I went to check in, there was no one at the desk for 10 plus minutes. I had to call several numbers before someone came out. They also would not let me change my card on...

"Missed breakfast. Oops! Bed was comfortable. Friendly staff. Bathroom in room was missing some floor edging and there was a mark on the wall by the toilet paper that appeared to be...yucky. All else was great!"

"When we checked in we waited about 10 min to get checked in the guy that helped us was Alfredo and he was the only one working and he was doing it all the maintenance cleaning and checking in all of it he was doing it witch was amazing had nothing but good response and help from him. He would not have need left alone but he was doing very good for what he had to handle. It was clean and the pool was so deep and fun family really enjoyed this place"
