Hotel Dekat SkateDaze

"Staff"

"Brian the manager was extremely helpful. At one point we were considering moving else where to be closer to our family, and he was willing to find us a place to stay, however we decided to stay. Breakfast was really good, and we enjoyed the 24/7 coffee. I would definitely stay there again."

"Room was exactly liked pictures"

"When arriving at the hotel, the parking ramp was blocked by someone fixing the entrance. After many cars piled up, he said nothing to anyone about how they could park. I finally circled the hotel multiple times which wasn’t easy due to the construction and one way streets, and found my way inside. When I checked out, I asked the front desk if I needed to bring my parking ticket back in prior to leaving. She looked up my room number and said I had already paid for the parking and I should just...

"Rooms were very clean , staff was nice and helpful . Pool was clean"

"Water temperature was little more than look warm. The bathroom shower had cracked tiles and was poorly caulked. While the room overall, was clean and comfortable the bath left one wondering what shape the overall hotel is in. I opted not to shower because I suspected it might be moldy based on the condition of the tile work and framing."

"The evening staff that was at the front desk upon checking in was about as useful as a book of matches in hell. I asked questions and his answers were only about the one elevator. The breakfast offerings were okay, much better than other chains. The bedding was comfortable with an assortment of firm and soft pillows. The bathroom was large and handicap friendly. I did not like that the room was joined to another, so I tried to block the doorway as I'm not sure how easy it is to access from the...

"The entire hotel was very clean. The staff was friendly and very helpful. The breakfast was very good. Our stay was wonderful!"

"I typically don’t write reviews but I went from one room with no lighting… to a room with bed bugs. I left, didn’t ask for a refund, just wanted to leave ASAP despite waking up to bugs at 1am. I quietly told the from desk person as other guests were around. They were very dismissive about it even with a video of them. Now I have welts on my body from where I had gotten bitten."

"The hotel is very nice not new but but roomy and well laid out. The staff was super nice. The front desk clerk could not have been more helpful. My only complaint was the sliding bathroom door was too hard to move. Handles and better maintenance to make it slide better is needed."
