"We had booked 2 rooms….one was a dog friendly room for our labradoodle. Both rooms were so clean and you couldn’t tell that one room previously had had dogs stay in it…..there was no dog hair or dog odour in the dog friendly room AT ALL. The rooms were bright and large and the beds and sofa beds were very comfortable. The kitchen had a large full size fridge/freezer and cups/plates/pans etc and a dishwasher! We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The staff were very friendly and accommodating and the location of the hotel in the Upper Village was very convenient. We parked 1 car and 1 truck in the underground parking lot, our GMC Sierra truck just fit……. anything larger might not. We would definitely stay here again."

"2nd time went back to this hotel during the grand fondo event weekend. Although the hotel was really busy, their service was excellent. Location was excellent especially I can park my car until 4 pm. It is central of everything. Good for family staying especially there is a fully equipped kitchen for you to use."

"Quiet hotel in a good location. Like the layout of the 1 bedroom suite. Kitchen is well-equipped (pan, baking sheet, toaster, measuring cup, lots of plates, cups, utensils, etc). Also has garbage, recycling, and compost bins. Pool has pool noodles (bring your own life jackets if your kid needs one)."

"Absolutely a stunning location for any trip. The suitcase fabulous for our girls’ weekend! The fresh water and such in the lobby helpful. The pool was amazing as was the hot tub. We had lovely forest views, a large balcony, and blue jays at our window constantly. It was a fabulous stay!"
