"I’d like to start by saying this was by far the worst hotel experience I’ve ever had. Embassy Suites by Hilton used to be known as a top-tier place to stay, but this particular location clearly does not live up to that standard. My family and I didn’t check in until after 10:00 PM on April 18, 2026. The weather had turned colder that evening, so we initially didn’t think much about adjusting the room temperature. However, later that night, the room became uncomfortably hot. When I tried to turn on the air conditioning, I discovered it wasn’t working. Maintenance came to check and casually informed us that the air didn’t work in that room and that they would try to move us. By then, it was close to midnight. We were moved to a second room, but as soon as we walked in, it had a strong odor, as if animals had been in there. I immediately told my family not to unpack because there was no way we could stay in a room with that smell. I went back downstairs and explained the issue to the night staff, and we were then given a third room. Thankfully, that room was clean and the air conditioning worked.The next morning brought more issues. Our reservation was for four people, yet the room only had two washcloths and three towels. When I went to the front desk to request more, I was told housekeeping wouldn’t arrive until 9:00 AM. We needed to be back on the road by 9:30 AM for an event, so this was extremely inconvenient. "This is an older facility that would benefit from a few upgrades. The bed was decent and the refrigerator did a great job of keeping food and beverages cold. We brought our own Keurig mini coffeemaker with us, and are glad that we did so. There were no kitchen amenities/utensils to be found—we had to go to the front desk to ask for them—and that was a pain. We would have been happy with paper plates and plastic utensils. A positive note was that we had a plumbing issue that we brought to the attention of the front desk employee on duty. She did have someone take care of the problem while we were out. We had plenty of towels so we didn’t feel the need to request new ones. The “new towels” policy was clearly explained at check in. The purpose of this trip was to attend a dog show and I believe the hotel was almost at capacity. We didn’t hear any noise and all of the public areas were very clean. "

"First, the staff was very helpful. I had multiple issues with my TV and they came quickly to help fix it and I was able to check in a little bit early as well which was helpful. Unfortunately, the cleanliness of the room was questionable."

"I had ask for a handicap accessible room. The room we got had a bathtub that my husband could not use I ask if they had a shower chair They had to check The next day they found one . Mark, the hotel maintenance man got us one, he was very kind and helpful. Did not think paying for parking was necessary. Was told Marriott just started doing that Room cleaning every other day Not that impressed 😕"
