"One night stay. Disappointed that there was no ice available on the property. No ice machine. The front desk clerk told me that there were ice trays in the refrigerator/freezer. When I said, "They're empty", he said that was for hygiene purposes. And I had really been looking forward to my Jack Daniels on the rocks. I also think the "Free Breakfast" was a bit oversold."

"Pictures need to be updated because once you get there noting reflects the poor condition hotel is. Room and bathroom old and dirty . BReakfast is laughable, 3 bagels on display and a mini cup for coffee with one selection of cream. Would not recommend to anyone "

"Reasonable, but housekeeping was extremely noisy at 7:00 am while we were still trying to sleep and knocked on the door at 8:00 am. "

"Check in took 30 minutes as the front desk clerk was arguing back and forth with a prior visitor. My room smelled like smoke there were holes in the bedding however I choose upgraded bedding. At 1 am I discovered roaches in the room. I attempted several times to call the front desk but the line rang constantly. I then went to the front desk to speak with someone to find no one attending the front desk and a sign stating will return in 10 minutes. I waited 20 minutes but no one returned. Due to the roach infestation I was forced to leave the hotel at 2 am and locate a different hotel to stay in for the night."

"Clean, helpful staff, close to the mall. Wasn’t crazy about the onsite coffee shop but close to other spots!"

"Room had an odor, the water was freezing cold at 9pm and didn’t warm up at all, asked for towels and they said we had to wait until morning, breakfast was cool but they couldn’t keep it with the rush, got back from a night out and the key card didn’t work, and lastly we were out of the room by 10am and room service did not replenish anything. "

"I don’t travel much anymore so I don’t keep up with current hotel policy. I didn’t realize that you have to turn on a light on a panel if you want to have your room cleaned up. But someone brought me what I needed so I’m ok with that. Bed was as expected. Staff was very helpful."

"You charged $5 for parking to room, then that evening I bought snacks, and you charged another $5 so I paid $5 x 2 for one day? And the counter staff knew it. I said charge to the room yet she charged separately to make another $5? Total scam. Not so much about the 5, it is about being cheated. "
