Pools looked lovely. Part of facility ran out of water our 2nd night and part of next day, no coffee etc at breakfast or shower access. It did come back, but we were checking out. Loved the authentic feeling of it."

"We asked front desk for an excursion and they reserved it for us. After the excursion, we went back to tell them that the things that we were told would happen on the excursion never happened. The person at the front desk responded with, “well you should’ve asked for it” instead of apologizing. Never offered to help resolve the issue with the company that they booked."

"We were at the end of a wonderful split trip that started with 4 nights in Lisbon followed by 4 nights in Salema (Algarve) with 2 final nights in Lisbon. We decided on the houseboat for the last two nights and so glad we did. Family if 4 with two teenagers. Great food and drink within a short walk, safe, clean, spacious and right on the water. Don’t miss live music at “Black Label” on the corner almost nightly. Great time and we’ll be back."
