"The bed was shocking comfortable…the room wasn’t “dirty” but it was a stained kind of dirty. I felt it was a little expensive for a Motel 6 but cheaper than the higher end hotels nearby. Staff let me check in slightly early to drop my stuff off for a tournament before our game which was helpful."

At night trains went by several times overnight. I am a light sleeper.
Dead big bug on bathroom floor.
Nice shower with hot water and good pressure. Good lights in room.
Safe, handy parking.
