We had dinner in the evening and shared the waffles in the morning, both meals excellent, nice beers on tap. Staff all lovely and very welcoming, friendly other patrons in the bar. "We stayed in two different rooms as we added a night last minute. The decor was fun; the bathrooms were exquisite; the space spacious. Breakfast was delightful and tasty. Happy hour was a nice touch and allowed us to meet other guests. The front porch had the most spectacular view of the town and water and was enjoyable to hang out on.The hostesses were gracious, helped with reservations, luggage and parking the car. "I have been to many accomodations establishments and La Quinta would have to be at the top of the list for value for the amenities on offer. Very clean, all the cooking facilities, dishwasher, 7kg washing machine, clothes dryer, large screen television and a proper two door refrigerator. We booked through Expedia so we were entitled to a free drink and snack. Staff are very friendly and helpful and are willing to go the extra mile to make your stay a pleasant one.
