"At arrival, no one explained how the room's electricity worked. The power only stays on when your key card is inserted into a slot. While I understand the energy-saving concept, it became inconvenient since two people can't use the room independently—if one person leaves with the key, the other is left without electricity or AC. "Our stay was as a family with young kids. We chose half board (there’s an all inclusive option). The stay was ok overall. Pros: very friendly and helpful lady at the front desk, close to Anthony Quinn and Ladikio beaches, easy parking, many (basic) facilities, nice pool, superior room is good size and nice view to the pool and sea. Quiet for a good night’s sleep. Cons: the hotel is relatively outdated and many common areas require renovation. The superior room is renovated, but is very basic...

"Das Hotel ist voller Spinnen, Heuschrecken und Zikaden. Man kann sein Zimmer unmöglich sicher erreichen. Die Balkontür ist kaputt. Die Klimaanlage schaltete sich ständig ab und funktionierte nachts kaum (wir schliefen also in der brütenden Hitze). Es gibt keine Küche, nur einen Kühlschrank. Irgendetwas hat in die Betten gebissen, sodass wir Blasen und starken Juckreiz davongetragen haben. Wir warteten beim Einchecken etwa 45 Minuten an der Rezeption, aber niemand ging ans Telefon. "Beautiful hotel we had a room with a pool it was nothing short of fabulous. The room had air conditioning, tea/coffee making facilities, a safe and fridge. We had breakfast included which was lovely they had everything from fruit to full English. The staff were all friendly and helpful. The hotel is about 10 minute walk from the beach but there are restaurants and bars five minutes away. We had a lovely time thank you."

"The room was nice and clean, the location was close to everything- the beach, the Main Street where the restaurants and shops are, and the bus stop- if you are going to the airport of using the bus to go anywhere else, the staff were kind and the pool was not to busy. Cleaners come every day except Sunday - but be careful as they will knock on your door once and then open it with there key if there’s no answer - found it a bit weird- there should be door signs available for this to hang outside...
