We were originally given Room 217 (Junior Suite), however the shower was quite exposed which made it feel uncomfortable and lacking privacy. However, I had to give this 3 stars as the rooms are very tired and old and are in need of refurbishment. I found hair in my shower head, which was eventually resolved by the hotel staff and my son and I received an apology. "Good location, friendly staff, and all-inclusive. Grounds are beautiful and well-maintained. Our room was a good size and comfortable with a large balcony. The food was decent all some of it was “packaged/bought” and not as fresh or locally sourced, which l would have preferred. "
